Roni is an actor living in Philadelphia. She recently starred in the film Must be the Music, written and directed by Charles Dutton, scheduled for release in 2013. Other recent films include Money, Respect, Power; Miles Away From Heaven and S.A.M. Roni’s stage acting credits include the controversial 2008 hit “Secret Society”, “Emotional Reactions”, “Built on a Lie”, “More Than One Way to Skin a Dog”, “Dance With Me”, “Single Black Female”, and “Do You Trust Your Best Friend?”. In addition, she recently made her Assistant Director debut, in the play “3 Men I Choose To Love”. This prepared her for her first Director position for stage play “Twisted” where she also played the lead character Mya.

Roni has two Master’s Degrees. Her first is in Organizational Management and her second Master’s Degree is in Elementary & Secondary School Counseling.
