

TEMPERANCE JAXSON (APRIL)
Temperance Jaxson is an American born film/television actress and print model. She was born in Philadelphia PA., but was moved to South Jersey where she grew up since the age of five. She developed a passion for acting when a family friend invited her and a cousin along to sit-in on an acting class at Freedom Theater. After high school, she moved to Atlanta, GA where she attended the historically black college Clark Atlanta University as pre-med and attained her B.S/M.S in Biology.
She landed supporting roles in the film If Loving Two is Wrong and horror film Campfire Killer. Soon after she earned a re-occurring role on pilot television show The Single Life. Temperance was the host on the popular interview series Iconz TV where she covered various red carpet events with celebrities such as Tyrese, Megan Goode, Top Model Eva Marcille, Director Lee Daniels and a host of others. Recently, she made an appearance as a lawyer in the film written and directed by Charles Dutton, Must Be the Music and starred as Shannon Bellamy in the controversial hit dramatic stage play Pimps in the Pulpit. She is enthused about her most recent projects where she landed the lead role as Lisa Johnson and plays opposite an A-List actor in the major motion film King Dog which is set to be released in theaters 2014. She is slated to work on the upcoming film The King with talks of the male lead being Curtis Jackson pka “50 cent”. She has been featured in the NY Daily News, Black Hair Sophisticates, and the scored major beauty campaigns ads and commercials such as Dove, Adidas and L’Oreal.
